Eucalyptus essential oil is distilled from the leaf of an evergreen tree native to Australia. It can also be found in other part of the world.

It has a powerful aroma and it’s beneficial to human respiratory system. It can be used in hair and skin care formulations.

Benefits:

Eucalyptus essential oil has anti-inflammatory and anti bacterial compounds that can treat skin issues such as acne and eczema.

It helps cleanse the epidermis of impurities that contribute to acne breakouts.

Storage: It should be stored in dark glass containers to maintain freshness and attain maximum shelf life.

Cautions: Essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin. It should be diluted with a carrier oil before usage.
Avoid if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy. May cause skin irritation in some individuals, so a skin test is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes.
