Quaternized Wheat Protein is a trimethyl quaternized salt of a polypeptide obtained by the hydrolysis of
edible wheat protein.
Compared to regular hydrolyzed proteins, quaternized proteins possess enhanced moisturizing and conditioning capabilities due to their higher substantivity to hair. Not only does Quarternized wheat impart a good moisturizing effect, but it also aids in repairing damaged hair because of its Cysteine content.

Usage: 2 – 5%
It can be added to hair conditioners, shampoos, leave-in hair products, toners, and body washes.
